"Messengers," as mentioned before, features some bluesy guitar riffs that are accompanied by piano and a horn section. It's a slower track and doesn't match the intensity of Darkness, but who knows how it fits in with the rest of the record, which will be released on July 19th on their own artist collective imprint The Same Ghost Collective.
According to a press release, the new album will be a concept EP like the last one that is "detailing a romantic epic through reincarnation." Limited edition pre-orders will soon be available through Big Cartel andMerchNow.
The band will also be releasing a DVD this fall that will feature studio and live footage, music videos and interviews with past and current members, along with a brand new track. In addition to all of this, Trophy Scars is also looking for a label to release their entire catalog on vinyl.
